This Day’s Pain
Anna needs an escape from the roller coaster of living with her ex and watching her father succumb to a terminal illness. She runs on the streets of her neighborhood in the middle of the night, sometimes pulling away from the shadow of emotion that follows, sometimes not. When it all comes to a head, perhaps she’ll finally learn that surviving pain doesn’t mean avoiding it.
